Full Redecoration
We’ll completely refresh your property’s interior — including all woodwork (excluding windows). All paint finishes are durable, wipe-clean, and infused with an anti-mould additive. Choose from a wide range of stylish shades and palettes to suit your property’s character.


Carpet and Vinyl Replacement
We supply and fit brand-new carpets and vinyls throughout, with quality underlay and accessories included. Our flooring is both hard-wearing and bleach-cleanable — available in light grey, dark grey, beige, or other tones upon request.


Full Property MOT
 Avoid post-let headaches with our detailed maintenance check:


  • Inspection of appliances, stop taps, and fittings
  • Replacement of faulty bulbs, broken drawers, stiff windows, and more
  • Includes half a day of handyman maintenance (excluding consumables)



We handle the details so you don’t have to.


Final Clean and Waste Disposal
The property will be left clean, tidy, and completely clear of all waste. Old carpets and materials are responsibly disposed of at our dedicated site facility.
